Standard OEM Method

A manufacturer produces products according to the client’s recipe and raw materials, criteria and specifications, and delivers the finished product.
The client sends the manufacturer their formulation, recipe, and technologies and receives the final product, which passed all filling, packaging, and quality control stages.

The company can submit a request if they have their own manufacturing recipe.
Consultation and discussion of the possibility of production according to the recipe, the approximate cost, certification availability, etc.
An agreement is drawn based on the conditions agreed during the consultation.
The manufacturer produces samples and provides them to the customer. The factory inspects product formulation, texture, and effectiveness. The formulation is approved after several samples have been tested.
Manufacturer moves all needed raw materials, containers, packaging, and cardboard boxes to the factory.
Product manufacturing and quality control. Filling and packaging of products.
Delivery of finished products to the client.

MOQ – minimum order quantity

We advise you to approach the choice of the manufacturer carefully and carefully, not to trust those offers that indicate unreasonably small volumes at low prices. Such offers may come from small manufacturers, and there is a high probability that as a result, there may be problems with the quality of the manufactured batch of goods.

The minimum order amount depends on the category of cosmetics and the type of product (shampoo, serum, toner, cream, face mask, etc.), consistency, composition, amount of content, main functions and effect after application.

In the case of group 1 manufacturers (the largest manufacturers with a strict quality control system) that produce care products, the minimum order volume is usually 5,000 pcs., fabric masks are from 50,000 to 100,000 pcs.

Manufacturers of groups 2 and 3 (medium-sized manufacturers, often with a limited number of certificates), also producing care products, accept orders from 3,000 pcs., and face masks from 100,000 pcs.

Starting from group 4 (small manufacturers), if there are no specific reasons or conditions, you need to filter queries related to this group of manufacturers. Because in the future it will be difficult to control the quality and the subsequent regulation of production processes is impossible.
